Pelvic Mesh Litigation Filings Continue to Accumulate

Philadelphia mass tort pelvic mesh filings are increasing steadily after the creation of a mass tort category for these cases in February. An article in The Legal Intelligencer reports that the largest accumulation of case filings occurred in June of 2014, when 375 cases were filed. FDA Adds New Warning for Testosterone Therapy Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently issued a new safety alert stating that men who use testosterone therapy products are at an increased risk for venous blood clots, a condition referred to as venous thromboembolism (VTE).
