It’s not too late to register for the Mass Torts Judicial Forum. Lopez McHugh attorney Regina Sharlow Johnson will be one of the presenters at the conference scheduled for Friday, April 17, 2015 at the Grand Hyatt in Midtown Manhattan.
The annual event is hosted by the Honorable Maria Corodemus (ret.) in conjunction with HB Litigation conferences. Regina will join a distinguished panel of speakers including judges and lawyers from both the plaintiffs’ and defense bars. The Forum will explore a number of mass tort topics including: a comparison of auto litigation and mass torts; a discussion of consumer fraud litigation; an exploration of lawsuit damages including pain and suffering and punitive damages; as well as discussions about mass tort settlements, expert witnesses, and trial practice.
Regina’s portion of the seminar will focus on protective orders as they relate to corporate depositions – an issue common to product liability lawsuits. Regina will draw on our firm’s experience in multiple mass tort litigations, including Ketek and IVC filter lawsuits, in her presentation.
Regina manages the Firm’s Moorestown, New Jersey office. She has been licensed to practice for more than twenty years and has spent a large part of that successful career representing individuals against large pharmaceutical companies.
