Lopez McHugh Overcomes Attempts to Dismiss IVC Filter Lawsuit

On December 16, 2014, the District Court of Nevada refused to dismiss the lawsuit Phillips v. C.R. Bard, Inc., one of many cases involving a device called an inferior vena cava filter (or IVC filter).
