A woman’s family is suing healthcare product manufacturing giant Johnson & Johnson over a fatal cancer she allegedly developed while using its talc-based products. However, unlike 6,000 other cases brought against J&J by women who developed cancer while using its talc products, the family of Bertila Boyd-Bostic did not sue because of an ovarian cancer diagnosis.
