Next month Lopez McHugh, LLP partner, James J. McHugh, Jr., will be part of a panel presenting a continuing legal education program for lawyers titled A Practical Guide to Federal Court: E-Discovery, Evidence and Experts. The program is being presented by the National Business Institute and will take place in Cherry Hill, NJ on December 18, 2014. Mr. McHugh will speak about ethical issues that arise in Federal Court including Federal Rule 11, sanctions in Federal Court and the ethics of witness preparation.
Mr. McHugh, a founding partner of Lopez McHugh, has lectured to groups including lawyers, doctors, students and various unions throughout the country. He is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of New Jersey. He attended Drexel University where he received his B.S. in engineering and received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
